When is it necessary to use the 0330 Non-geographic dialling code?

To call a number in Non-geographic (0330) from outside the area, dial the area code first. Local calls within the 0330 area do not require the code. For international calls to Non-geographic, dial your country's exit code, then 44, and finally 330 followed by the local number.
